Changes to Employment Tribunal rules

 Charging claimants (since 29th July 2013)

     ·         for routine claims £160 to lodge the claim  and £230 for a hearing
     ·         for unfair dismissal, discrimination etc. £250 to lodge and £950 for a hearing
     ·         for multiple claimant cases:
           -      1-10 claimants twice the single claim fees,
            -       11-200 claimants 4 times the single claim and
            -       Over 200 claimants 6 times the single claim.
